Staff Highlight - Lorri Falan

Lorri is a hugely resourceful part of our Business Development team, with diverse experience in sales, marketing, and customer experience. If you get a chance to chat with her, you’ll get some interesting insights. She’s got layers!

What is your professional background?

I have spent many years trying to decide what I want to be when I grow up! I dabbled in a variety of professional industries most notably including insurance sales, marketing, restaurant management, automotive sales, working for the BBB, and flipping pizzas. I have a degree in Architecture, and too many additional certificates -but have spent my life perfecting my people skills! I have been bartending for nearly 18 years, which is a hobby as much as a job. I eventually found passion and success in the Automotive Sales industry, where I grew professionally for the past 10 years! I also sell my art work at various local businesses.

What do you like best about working at TrailerCentral?

The best part about my career is the opportunity for personal development! My team is wonderfully supportive and full of energy and enthusiasm, which is unique in a sales environment. It’s wonderful!

What do you like to do outside of work?

I work to live and I live to travel! I have a goal of trying the best pizza in each of the 50 states- I’m almost there! The uniqueness of culture just a few hours away can be so eye opening to how you perceive your day to day life! I have a “mandatory minimum new experience/ place” of 15 for each year. The world is so much bigger than we know, and I hope to see as much of it as possible! I love to learn! We live in the age of technology where literally anything you want to know is only your finger tip distance away, if you have the ambition to look! I love to paint! The world is full of so many beautiful things and no 2 people see those things in the exact same way! And who can pass up on a good game of cards? 😉 Oh yeah- and football! How about those Cowboys 😉
